If you're not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition for a refund to be processed.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the returned item in good condition, we will issue your refund immediately.

Returns from the UK
For orders shipped to the UK, please note:
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address details or failure to clear customs, we can only refund the product cost, not the shipping fees.
